‘’I also had concerns but I'm very happy to be back in my country ’’ Muhammad Arshad
Muhammad Arshad, who deceived by human smugglers from Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan crossed to Türkiye through irregular ways. Muhammad, who worked for months in Türkiye, returned to his home country Afghanistan as part of the National Assisted Voluntary Return Program in March 2021.

Muhammad: ''This program would satisfy my curiosity about voluntary return. Besides, I presented them my tomato cultivation project. They said they could support me. Actually, this is the part that most impressed and encouraged me to return. There was an opportunity to actualize my ideas. In my own country, in the land where I was born ... "

Now, Muhammad, who owns his own business and employs two people, says: "I am supporting my family, my country and our people with tomato growing facility I built by the support of Voluntary Return program."

I would like to thank the National Assisted Voluntary Return Program for the opportunities they offered me and for making a big change in my life.

My suggestion to migrants who have dreams and want to change their lives: Always consult the Voluntary Return officials, they will help and support you in every way. Maybe you will find the opportunity to start a business in your country.

I also had concerns but I'm very happy to be back in my country
